Karen received her initial certification in Massage Therapy from the Bancroft School of Massage Therapy in Worcester, Massachusetts in 1991. She is constantly striving to improve her massage and bodywork skills and since graduating has completed more than 1500 hours of continuing education.

Karen established WrightTouch Massage for Health in 1992, and has gained extensive experience working with hundreds of clients for the past 18 years. Her passion and goal is a working partnership with her clients to help them reduce their stress and pain and improve their quality of life.

  • 2005 Certified as an Instructor of Core Integration Movement by the Core Integration Learning Institute (Josef DellaGrotte)
  • 2007 Certified as a Core Integration Practioner
  • 2009 Certified as a Therapeutic Qi Gong Instructor by Chinese Medicine for Health
  • 2003-present Currently pursuing certification in Lymph Drainage Therapy through the Chikly Institute
  • 2011 – Completed a 4 day intensive on Oncology Massage Therapy: Caring for Clients with Cancerwith Tracy Walton.

Karen also has had extensive training on the teachings of Moshe Feldenkrais with Josef Dellagrotte, Cranio-Sacral Therapy through the Upledger Institute and Orthopedic Massage with Whitney Lowe. Other body work training includes Hawaiian Lomi-Lomi , Aston Therapeutics, Active Isolated Stretching and exposure to many other systems through workshops and conferences.
